Buffalo Hot Wings Ingredients:
1 lbs of Party Chicken Wings
1/2 TSP of Salt
Pepper to taste
2 TSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
For the Hot Sauce
1/3 Cup of Frank's Hot Sauce
1 TBS of Salted Butter
2 cloves of Garlic grated
Melt the butter, add the garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes at 350F in the Air Fryer or in a pan.
Add the sauce and reduce to a simmer for about 15 minutes. In the Air Fryer reduce the temperature to about 250F. Mix the ingredients every 5 minutes or so.
Pat dry your wings, add salt and pepper. Brush your wings with olive oil.
Place the wings in the Air Fryer.
Both the Cosori Air Fryer and the Philips Air Fryer have to be preheated for 5 minutes at 350F.
Cook for 10 minutes at 380F, flipping halfway through. Increase the temperature to 400F and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Take out from the basket and brush each wing with the Buffalo Sauce.
Place the wings back in the Air Fryer at 400F for an additional 3 minutes.
Brush your wings with hot sauce and serve hot!
