How to Engage Lower Abs lowerabs

This does not train your lower abs, neither does this nor this. If you really want to target your lower abs then you need to perform their primary function which is spinal flexion. So instead of focusing on the leg movement focus on moving your pelvis to actually train your lower abs.

    @foxy9167 months ago So this mwans the main function of the lowee abs is for posteriorly tilting your pelvis? This esplains why my lower abs are weak but i have anterior pelvic tilt im trying to fix.

    @Tikus_90last month Thats why the Roman chair is far superior for abdomen, the floor crunches are so inefficient and not optimal. But only reason anyone would do floor crunches is due to lack of equipment at home.
