Here is a simple, very basic way to improve your FITNESS & STRENGTH.
These exercises require NO equipment.
Each can be done at any location.
Each exercise focuses on a different area of the body.
Body squats improve: Legs and Flexibility
Push ups improve: Arms and Chest
Sits ups improve: Abs and Core
Mountain Climbers improve: Core and Hips
Planks improve: Abs and Core
The amount of SETS and REPS are custom to each person.
Start somewhere and always work to PROGRESS in your training.
