INGREDIENTS & METHOD
Serves 2 people
Pressure cook 2 tbsp quinoa in half cup water. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a Kadhai.Add jeera, cook till it sputter, add whole spices such as green cardamom,cloves,bay leaves etc. Then add chopped onions & cook till tender
Later add ginger garlic paste and all the vegetables.Add boiled quinoa and other spices.Mix well & cook everything till done.
