Heavy Breathing Alco's on the Lamoille Valley Railroad

Lamoille Valley RS3 locomotives at Morrisville, Vermont on June 15th, 1990. Major flooding in 1995 and 1997 forced the LV to cease operations. In 2002, the state of Vermont started converting the 96 mile route into a recreational trail and created the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail.
