Can You Farm Diablo Without Gear (diablo 2 resurrected)

Running the Chaos Sanctuary and Diablo is usually done by strong end-game characters with already good gear. I wanted to see if I could do it with a budget character, and ended up pushing it to it's limit - running Diablo but starting with NO GEAR in Diablo 2: Resurrected All runs were done in hell difficulty single player with a /players 1 setting.
