Pizza/Spaghetti Sauce -
1/2 Bushel Paste tomatos (I used Amish Paste)
6 large chopped up Onions
1 bulb chopped up garlic
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup salt
1 cup olive oil
4 tbs. parsley
4 tbs. oregano
10 (6 ounce cans tomato paste)
1- chop up tomatos & place into large pot
2- add onions & garlic
3- cook down until soupy *(an hour) simmering
4- strain soupy tomatos in a strainer, saving juice
5- add juice back to pot & simmer another hour
6- mix the last 6 ingredients together & add to the juice
7- cook another hour ( simmering) until your desired thickness
8- can as your canner directs. (I pressure can mine)
