Namaskaar doston, Aaj me aap sabhi ke sath rajasthan ki famous masala bati ki recipe share kar rahi hun. INGREDIENTS::: ingredients.....For Dough 2cup wheat flour 1/2cup suji/rava/semolina 1/2tsp or as par your taste,- Salt 1/4tsp turmeric 1/2tsp carom seeds Stuffing.. 1tbsp oil 1/2tsp cumin seed 1/2tsp coriander seed 1/4tsp asafoetida 1/4tsp turmeric powder 1/2tsp coriander powder 1/4tsp black pepper powder 1/2tsp garam masala 1/2tsp mango powder 1/4tsp black cardamom seed nd nutmeg powder 1/2tsp salt or as per your taste 1tsp red chilli powder 2 big size onion chopped 2 green chilli chopped Small piece of ginger grated 4 potatoes boiled nd mashed 1/2cup boild peas 1/4tsp roasted nd crushed kasuri methi 1/2cup fresh coriander leaves Cooking oil as required.
