@alejandroflores-samaniego93203 years ago i switched hbI trigger with 3.5 spring, steel guide rod and their mini comp/thread protector on my p10c and it made a difference, i was also surprised how good the mini comp works. for the money you’ll be very happy. i am thinking of buying the p10f and tricking it out, with norsso raptor slide amongst trigger from hbi trigger. great review/video. 😎👍🏽 ... 4

@stephenallen35513 years ago Update purchased a CZ P-10S Optic Ready a month ago. Installed HBI Trigger (Red) and Overwatch Precision NP3’ed CZ Striker. You can say Cross Mixing. I can only say “Amazing “🤩. Didn’t want to do the Striker Springs set up from HBI. Don’t have a trigger gauge, but it feels like 4 1/2 to 5 lbs. Very little take, nice hard wall, clean break, crisp tactical sound return to the wall. I hope I explain it well this is my first aftermarket cross mix. ... 1

@Cludden794 years ago Thanks for your always good and thorough reviews! I love my P10-F with the HBI. I use the lightest spring. I have had a few light primer strikes with magtech and fiocchi primers. None with CCI so it is more sensitive. I mostly do target shooting one handed at 25 meters so I really sqeeeeze that trigger as little as I can. When shooting fast I haven´t had a light primer strike with the lightest spring. ... 1

@lreed314 years ago Good video here, I went with the OW with both my P10C and S. My only issue with the triggers are heat transfer, after a good range session with my P10S the trigger got pretty warm...

@AlphaRomeoOneFive4 years ago I've only ever tried one aftermarket trigger and that was the Overwatch Precision Tac. You were a big reason I tried it out, I absolutely love it. Later on I added on the NP3'd minus connector and safety plunger, that trigger is smoother then a baby's back side. I saw you have merch now over on Shall Not Comply, congrats on that Mike! ... 2

@KennethJang4 years ago Love OP stuff. Also just want to say I’ve been an early subscriber and am just so proud of your consistency and progress. From presentation to production value, you’ve really been stepping it up. I do video production as my full time, so I just want you to know you’re doing a great job sir! 👍🏻 ... 4

@somethingtactical4 years ago I run the overwatch with a 3lb glock striker spring on both carries. C and S I get a 3lb pull. I had 4 light primer strikes out of 1500ish FMJ. So happened to be Federal. 300 rounds of Hornady ran flawless. I do have the HBI trigger on the F with a 4 lb striker spring. ...
  • @
@gogart36 months ago Good info, thx. I like the idea of not needing to change the striker spring, so the OP for me
  • @
@ahudson3114 years ago I bought the HBI and installed the 15% trigger, ran about 200 rounds of regular range ammo— started getting some light strikes. Ran Winchester white, SB, Maxxxtech 115gr— still light strikes. Swapped in the 10% spring and the same thing happened.
Took apart the striker assembly, cleaned the heck out of everything— still getting light strikes. So I’m back to the factory striker spring with the HB Theta trigger. I love the trigger itself but I’m definitely bummed about that I couldn’t run a lighter pull. 😢😢

@mongtailin49424 years ago I'm more impressed with that t shirt! The Konami cheat code ftw! On to the topic at hand:
I have been using the HBI trigger combined with CGW striker and spring. End result was lighter pull, and a slight creep progressing to a clean break vs. a clean wall break. This is subjective but I prefer the former over the latter on a striker platform, as it is virtually impossible to have a short trigger found on a SAO, such as the 1911 (spoiled by the Springfield MC Operator, thanks Metal Gear Solid 4). The progressive creep to break helps keep me on target while shooting fast on the P10C. ...

@rufturbo9974 years ago OP for the P10 series wasn't available for my first 2 P-10's but I was so satisfied with the HBi triggers that I went with them for my next 2 P-10'as well. Now I wouldn't mind finding something for my P365 XL. :) ... 2

@96kylar4 years ago I think I'll hang with both my HBI rigs. I've seen more a rolling break on the OW. Odd you saw different. I'll hang with my HBI set ups in my Edc C and F. 2

@dilldowschwagginz26743 years ago I'm loving the P10S lately. Took a while to find one unfortunately but it was Absolutely worth the chase. The is the perfect size for carry, especially if you have man hands and the P365 is just too damn slim. 4

@stephenallen35514 years ago Awesome informative video 👍🏾 I love the HBI trigger personally for my use and feel. The CZ P10 C trigger was pitching my trigger finger, had to replace it on both of my CZ pistols. Came close purchasing the Cajun Works Trigger, settled for the HBI, one Red and one Black. Left the stock firing pin springs installed, tried the other springs to lite for me to carry or home defense.May check out and try the Overwatch Precision Trigger and Firing Pin soon. I almost forgot to say, still looking good sporting the Mustache 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👩🏽‍🦲 ... 3

@virgillivingston8079last year I missed my P10C so I had to grab another since I caught one on a good sale. So here I am on your older videos watching more trigger reviews 😂.

@greasegun344 years ago Good review! I have 4 Overwatch triggers in Glocks, but use the HBI's in both my P10F and new CGW-manufactured P10C. The one thing I like about the P10 series is that I can use my Glock springs and maritime cups on the CZ's. Both triggers pull right at 4 lbs. Does the re-profiled OP striker still allow you to use the Glock springs?
BTW: I wouldn't hesitate to use the OP trigger in my CZ's. I like their quality.

@stovepipe89664 years ago I haven’t had the opportunity to test any of these triggers but I’m pretty happy with my P10F OEM trigger - it breaks in well and I’ve shot over 10K with it
My only beef with the P10 series is I wish they had side grip panels like the VP9 for big hands and a less shallow front and rear sights OOTB - I put a Dawson fiber optic on mine and that helped

@JazzLowrider2 years ago Great comparison, i like the over watch trigger it looks better, and from multiple reviews it functions better, and you get the striker with the kit, the price now is very close with the competition, thats my next upgrade.
  • @
@georgekirby33614 years ago Good review. Now I wonder what about mixing the two? 1
  • @
@cueball9814 years ago Another comparison video states the Overwatch has more of a rolling break versus a defined hard stop that the HBI maintains, which is similar to stock. You mention a hard stop though, so which is it? Of course, feel is subjective. I ordered 1 of each and will put them in my P10F and P10S (EDC). Question will be, which trigger will go into which gun? ...

@geopietro10 months ago Very informative video. Thank you. What do you think about putting the lightest HBI striker spring on the OP striker (and with the OP trigger). I have the HBI but may want to check out the OP. Thanks again.
  • @
@wokethoughts21862 years ago Which gives the lightest / cleanest trigger without compromising reliability? Seems the HBI you can get into light primer strikes (no boom) depending which spring you use that’s a deal breaker. Reliability first then a nicer trigger 2nd… is it my take that’s the hbi in your opinion? Of coarse whenever you change stock you change reliability. Surprised people are mixing and matching springs from one company with another company’s trigger are you as paranoid about that as me ?
A bit off topic but don’t know where apex falls into the mix. Thanks! Keep up the great work!

@awokeone79974 years ago I have both the P10c & P10f but prefer the trigger on my P10c because of the play in before the wall and makes the trigger break further back. Does the Overwatch make the trigger break further? I like both of the resets just like how the P10c trigger breaks further back. ...

@rupertgumban92519 months ago Just like buying a Tacoma , you wanna throw 3” lift 35” tires steel bumpers etc to make it off road beast..so with the pistol you wanna do mods to achieve its top function for accuracy and reliability.. 1

@WheresWaldo052 years ago Own a m&p 1.0, cz p10c, walther pdp compact, hk vp9sk, hellcat

@a.d.c79412 years ago I love my czp10c and my czp10f. With that said, I dont like the thin feeling triggers on them. I love the wider feel of the walther pdp trigger. Do any of these after market triggers have that wider feel? Thank you.

@siprebcard5614 years ago So I thought I had me a czp10c Optics ready in the bag I purchased it got it home went to attach my holosun and the bolts were stripped out and a slide was stripped out so luckily I was able to returne it to them and I'm looking for another while being on the fence about is czp10c the right choice or should I just jump on a Glock 45 MOS? Or possibly get a czp10c and have it milled so I have a lower setting Optics set up anyway? Have no idea what to do ... 1

@NightStalkerDNS4 years ago Dammit, this video makes me sad. I was considering getting the HBi, but was thinking to myself, it's already such a great trigger, can it really get that much better? And now I see the Overwatch trigger... That looks awesome, sadly not available here in South Africa though, thanks to ITAR regulations. Maybe I just hold out a bit longer and hope somebody starts bringing them in at some point.
What are your thoughts about changing the trigger for an EDC gun? Lots of people don't like customising anything in a carry gun as it's "less safe" than factory parts. Would both these triggers be ok to carry, even being so light?
    ...

@EvilWhiteGuy7.623 years ago Would a lighter striker spring increase the likelihood of light primer strikes?

@georgechapman13403 years ago OK I am stupid but it happened again with a twist and its to funny not to share with you.
Here is one for the believe it or not category. In order of events it happened like this.
I bought a set of Night Fision Precision Tritium Sights (CZU-076-007-RGWG) for my CZ P10 C. I cut the envelope they came in along one edge to remove the sights. When I noticed these were the wrong sights. I called Night Fision and they understood and said I could send them back. I placed the envelope in a small rack on my desk opened side up.
That being said the next day I was installing a new trigger in the CZ P10 C. I was removing the disassembly plate when my punch holding the retainer slipped and launched the parts out into the room. I found the spring but could not find the retainer. These are very small parts.
The next day I ordered a new part.
Four days later and my new part due to arrive tomorrow I just remembered I needed to send the night sights back and was checking to see all contents were it the envelope. Now there is barely a ½” opening in the top of the envelope and oh yes there was the missing tiny part in the bottom of the envelope.
When the two parts flew out and hit the ceiling the spring landed in the carpet and the other went thru the ½” opening in the envelope.
This has happened two times before but I easily found my parts. (Stuff Happens)
