Welcome to a series about the game Cities XL Platinum and about my new city Waterfront City. The design of this city is very organic with several circular shapes again. A central park axis divides the city in a industrial and residential area. For this project I will use lots of mods ;) Today I will design the central circle park of another residential area of my CitiesXL Waterfront City.
