Rava Laddu Recipe
Main Ingredients:
Rava(Semolina) – 1 cup
Sugar – ¾ cup
Ghee – 2 tsp
Cashew – 6 nos(chopped)
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Milk – 7 tbsp (add according to the consistency to make a ball shape)
Method
Take a pan and add ghee into it. Add cashew and fry till its golden brown color. Add semolina in to it. Cook it in low flame for 2 minutes without changing its color. Now add sugar into it. Mix well. Now add cardamom powder. Switch off the flame. Transfer it in to a plate. Now add milk little by little. Make balls like laddu. Our yummy rava laddu is ready to serve. Keep it in a tight glass container.
