Ingredients:
Sarson ka Saag (Mustard Leaves)
Palak (Spinach)
Green Chilies 4-5
Onion
Tomato
Besan (Gram Flour)
Cooking Oil – as required
Red Chili Powder
Turmeric Powder
Salt
Chopped Garlic
Ginger Garlic Paste
How to make Sarson Saag Palak Recipe:
- Boil Sarson Saag, Palak, Green Chilies and Ginger Garlic paste for 20 minutes.
- Now Grind it to fine paste.
- In Cooking Oil Add Besan(Gram Flour), Sauté it for few minutes until fragment.
- In Cooking Oil Add Grind Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste and Tomatoes.
- Cook for few seconds.
- Add Green Chilies Paste.
- Cook until Oil Separates.
- Add Grind Saag Mixture.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Add Roasted Besan.
- Cook for few seconds.
- Now Cover and Cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Butter.
