French Toast

Ingredients required
--------------------------------
Bread slices 5 to 6
Cinnamon pwd - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 2 drops
Butter as required
Eggs - 2 nos
Milk - 250 ml
Salt - a pinch
Method
-------------
-Take two eggs in a large bowl. Slightly beat them.
-Add milk, sugar, vanilla essence, cinnamon pwd (optional), salt and mix well.
-Dip the bread slices one by one in the egg mix. Do not oversoak.
-Apply ghee or butter to pan and cook in medium low flame until brown on both the sides.
-Serve hot with butter! (for kids)
